We focus on individuals who may not benefit from or be able to get to a traditional physical therapy clinic. Whether it be due to work, kids’ schedules, caring for aging parents or difficulty leaving the home, getting to therapy should not be a barrier in getting the care you need. We bring therapy to you via either in person or virtual visits.
We have a passion for those with orthopedic issues with underlying chronic or neurological conditions. These people can have a difficult time getting the care they need, often times feeling out of place in a traditional orthopedic or neurological setting. We specialize in multiple sclerosis, cancer, neuropathy, chronic fatigue, amputation, autoimmune diseases and more-helping you to not just survive but truly thrive.

Physical Therapy
A skilled service provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help get back to the life you desire with the people you love. We complete a full evaluation, assessment and develop a treatment plan specific to your needs. We will discuss many of the potential factors that are keeping you from experiencing life as you desire. Offered via in person or virtual visits.
Wellness Visits
It’s no secret exercise is good for us, but knowing what to do can be challenging. Whether it's weight loss, maintaining your current fitness level or improving endurance, we will develop and help you execute a fitness program specific to your needs.
This is also an excellent option for those who have recently been discharged from physical therapy but have a difficult time executing exercises on their own.
Radiance Program
If there’s one thing we know for sure it is that we cannot predict the future. Our membership program is a great avenue to transition to ongoing care and access to our concierge physical therapy model at any time. It allows us to be a part of your ongoing healthcare and wellness team as long as you desire.
Our membership program offers monthly virtual or in person visits, priority scheduling, access to us via text or call at any time, monthly wellness emails and healthy recipes and more.
Our Treatment Model
At Vitality we work in phases to help you progress and transition well from one phase to the next. We want to be transparent with you regarding where you are in your rehab journey. No more discharge before you feel ready only to decline and return to therapy again to start all over. We know how important it is to help integrate you back into the life you love with the people you love. Our phases are as follows:

Continuation phase
Your specific needs and plan of care will be determined by you and your therapist. Rates range between $125-$160 per session

Willing to travel further for an additional fee.
We are a private pay concierge Physical Therapy company. With transparent pricing and no hidden fees, private pay is often more affordable and efficient than going through your insurance. No physican referral required, you have direct communication with your physical therapist via text, call or email.

We will collect payment from you at the time of your service. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, Flex Spending or Health Savings Account payments. We are considered Out-Of-Network with insurance companies, but we can provide you with your superbill to submit receipts of your payments to your insurance company so they can reimburse you directly.
Who are we?
Brittney Arnold PT, DPT is the leader behind Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness PLLC. Vitality was born to help fill a gap that exists in the community to help reach those who may not otherwise set in foot in a traditional physical therapy clinic or qualify for home care services.
Brittney currently lives in Morton, IL and was raised in Tremont, IL. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at University of Illinois then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Duke University while also working as a personal trainer.
She worked at Duke University Health System in the outpatient setting for six years before moving back to central Illinois with her husband and kids. She then worked for five years in the home care setting serving the central Illinois community. She has a heart for bringing these unique service to the central Illinois area.
As a mom of three she understands many barriers young and middle aged people with busy schedules have to getting the proper care. Her experience working in oncology and neurology clinics as well as with many with chronic diagnoses has given her a passion for developing a whole person approach to treating your specific needs.
