At Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe you deserve more than generic advice or one-size-fits-all rehab.
We specialize in working with women through the transitions of life — pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond — offering holistic, personalized care that supports your long-term health, strength, and confidence.
Whether you're recovering from birth, navigating pelvic floor dysfunction, dealing with chronic aches and pains, or simply tired of being told “this is just what happens as you get older,” we’re here to listen, support, and walk with you every step of the way.
Our approach blends expert physical therapy with intentional movement coaching to not only help you heal — but also help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at home in your body.
From pain relief to fitness rebuilding, we’re here to help you move forward — with less discomfort and more vitality.

Brittney created Vitality out of a desire to provide both men and women with a better kind of care — one rooted in education, empowerment, and a deep understanding of how the whole body works together.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience, she is passionate about helping others move without pain, feel strong and confident in their bodies, and understand the “why” behind what they’re experiencing.
Her focus areas include:
Acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain
Pregnancy and postpartum support
Balance issues, gait training and functional mobility
Movement-based wellness for busy women- developing specific individualized strength training programs
Restoring strength, mobility, and energy in every season of life
Brittney’s approach is rooted in helping women find balance — in their bodies, their schedules, and their health. She believes wellness isn’t just about checking a box or fixing a symptom; it’s about creating space for women to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a mom of 3 she understands the difficulty with navigating and balancing all of these areas.

Tricia brings years of clinical experience and a calming, compassionate presence to every session.
